A powerful 6-week programme that uses martial arts principles to develop discipline, confidence, and mental strength in your students. Sessions held at Warrior Combat Gym, delivered by DBS-checked professionals.
Many students struggle with self-belief, affecting their academic performance and social interactions.
Lack of discipline and impulse control leads to classroom disruptions and conflict with peers.
Rising anxiety and stress levels are impacting student wellbeing and their ability to cope with challenges.
Students who lack confidence often become targets, affecting their entire school experience.
We've developed a unique programme that combines the discipline and respect of martial arts with evidence-based approaches to building resilience. Through structured physical activity and mental conditioning, students develop the inner strength to overcome challenges—both in school and in life.
Our programme doesn't teach fighting. It teaches self-control, focus, respect, and the courage to face difficulties head-on. Students leave with a genuine sense of achievement and the tools to handle whatever comes their way.
Each week focuses on a core theme, building progressively toward lasting change

Mastering Self-Control

Book Your Free Call"The transformation in our Year 9 students was remarkable. Better focus in class, improved behaviour, and genuine pride in their achievements. Several students who never engaged with anything are now asking when the next programme starts."
"We targeted students with behavioural concerns and low confidence. By week 3, teachers were noticing differences in class. By graduation, some of these students were volunteering to lead activities. Truly impressive."
"The instructors were professional, punctual, and brilliant with the students. They built genuine relationships and the students respected them. We've now run three cohorts and will continue each term."

Absolutely not. While we use martial arts as a vehicle, the focus is entirely on developing positive character traits: discipline, respect, confidence, and resilience. No combat or sparring takes place. Students learn controlled movements that build body awareness and self-control.
All sessions take place at Warrior Combat Gym. Students travel to our purpose-built facility where they train in a professional martial arts environment. This provides an authentic experience that reinforces the programme's impact. Students just need comfortable clothes they can move in—we provide all equipment.
The programme is designed for students in Years 7-11 (ages 11-16). We adapt the content and delivery style appropriately for different age groups. Most schools target Year 8 or Year 9, but we've had great success across all secondary years.
We work with you to identify students who would benefit most. This often includes students with low confidence, those struggling with behaviour, students at risk of exclusion, or those dealing with anxiety. Some schools also use it as an aspirational programme for student leaders.
We recommend a member of school staff is present or nearby for safeguarding and to observe student progress. However, our instructors lead the session entirely—we don't require staff participation unless you'd like them involved.
Students graduate with certificates and a sense of genuine achievement. You receive a full outcomes report. Many schools run multiple cohorts per year to reach more students. We also offer follow-up sessions and advanced programmes for graduates.
Pricing depends on cohort size, session length, and your school's location. We offer flexible options including pilot programmes at reduced rates. Contact us for a quote tailored to your needs—there's no obligation.
Parents are warmly invited to the graduation ceremony in Week 6 where students demonstrate what they've learned. Regular sessions are student-focused, but we're happy to arrange a parent information session before the programme begins.
